My latest offering..

Forged 8 3/8" 52100 blade. The handle is a stellar peice of Claro Walnut, complimented by blued nickle damascus guard, ferrule and pommel. The damascus pattern is multibar twist. The ferrule has a bunch of "stars". The finial is blued mild steel.

It balances at the choil, and has a very slight "want to cut" feel. The handle design is one I recently came up with. It is a combination of several familiar handle shapes, and is one of my two very favorite. The knife is of take down construction. Unscrew the final and the handle can be removed. It's main purpose is to take up slack should the handle material shrink.

The knife comes with a hand stiched leather sheath with a metal frog for versatility of carry options.

$835.00 includes CONUS shipping.

Let me know what you think!

Awesome! A dark wood handle paired with blued fittings is quickly becoming one of my favorite combinations. Especially when paired with a nice bowie

Gorgeous bowie! Love that new handle design and that's a gorgeous piece of claro walnut. I wish I could....

Cheers,

Roger

We have either gotta get Bailey a new digital camera, or show him how to use his, because I'm sure these pictures do nothing to really show how nice this bowie is. :)

I love walnut that has figure like that. Bailey, this bowie is superb!

Danbo,

I know...I know.... I am actually headed to the hardware store to build a new light tent. The camera is my Bro. in law's, and takes good pictures. It is the lighting that kills it. The only way is up from here:D

Thanks again, and am happy to say this one is sold.

I have three highly embelished big bowies coming. Two are orders, one will be with me in Reno. I will have pictures of much better quality, as these have lots of damascus, gold and carving to showcase.

Merry Christmas to all...
