For some reason, I decided Bucklocks just weren't for me. I jumped on these two because they were BG-42 bladed Buck knives. But I gotta tell you guys, these two knives are really sweethearts. This is probably going to make be start prowling for more.

I just got of the BCCI site looking at the 2000 price list and 2000 Catalog.
I'm impressed with how much these guys retailed for back then...wow.
Also, there is a card in the box and it says:

I didn't know this was an LE that cost $100 per almost a decade ago. Whowwww.
The catalog lists Walnut, Red, Blue. The price list has them as Walnut, Cherry, and Indigo.

So what is that color with my cherry one?? It looks green to me but does have some blue tones.

I'd like to know myself, because the one I have is green also.

Dave,

I'm going to assume that we both have the indigo one. Does yours have yellow and blue tones like mine?

Boy I dont know why Flat. Those are great looking knives and I thought you
liked drop points best. Actually I thought you never met a Buck you didnt like:D

Yep, the box for the indigo one even has the code letters BL on it for blue, but you would be hard pressed to find anyone that would call it anything but green.

Thanks T.S. that settles it then.
I have a blue and a red or an indigo or cherry.
With such a upscale knife, indigo and cherry just sounds better. :)

Watch out Gordon,

I smell a Craig's list post for a hit-man. Code name Agent 532
