I got mine from BladeHQ on sale for a dang good price (came down from $189 to $169 a few days ago). But I did call them first to make sure they are selling legit stuff at that price. Like they would admit to selling fakes anyway. 
Seems to be legit though now that I have it in hand. And I feel super blessed to have found it for such a good price. Have been wanting one of these for a couple years now. Most of that time waiting for Benchmade to figure out they needed to make it in the first plce. ;D
I've always got trepidation about buying knives from eBay vendors unless they also have their own web store outside of eBay. Some of the Chinese fakes are obvious from miles away, but some are pretty close. So I will buy some brands on eBay, but for any of the higher end stuff, I just about always buy from places like Knifes Ship Free, DLT, BladeHQ, etc.
