I've been looking at the jerry's thermite casting system over at sword forums and surfing craigslist looking for a 55 gallon steel drum and I'm not having much luck finding one. Any suggestions on where I could pick one up for cheap in Tucson? Thanks

Edit to add: Wow 1000 posts :D

PA is a little far for AZ, but at least I can check out some of the army surplus shops around here  I hadn't thought of them.

Oil change places go through a few every week. Don't know what they would charge but it shouldn't be much.

Oil companies...look in the yellow pages like Texaco...etc...sometimes salvage yards might have some but these days scrap is really movin so ya gotta be quick before the Chinese get it!

Check out some of the hardware stores like Ace too, sometime they sell them as burn barrels for 10-20 bucks. Check your yellow pages too, most cities have companies the sell used plastic and steel barrels and pallets and such.
