I have recently started doing alot of paracord work and Im burning through the stuff pretty fast. I can only get OD stuff from the local surplus store and Im getting a bit sick of the stuff. Where do all of you guys buy your paracord? Any online retailers? I especially want some blaze orange, desert tan, black and desert camo stuff. I guess other colors like blue and red would be cool too but those are the main ones.

thanks

Hey 3wolves,

Pardon me if I'm being over-nosy, but what do you do with all that paracord?

Doc

I just purchased 100ft of 550 Mil-spec cord from www.cheaperthandirt.com for $7.97 but they only have black or green colors. SupplyCaptain.com also has 550 cord and several different colors including neons for only $7.00 per 100ft.

The only reason I bought from CTD rather than supplycaptain was because I was also purchasing a few other items, and it was cheaper to combine everything rather than pay for different shipping.

I'll second countycomm.com(I'm in no way affiliated). Always had good experiences with them, and at 6$ per 100ft. hank it's a hard price to beat. Usually they have several colors, as Lukus noted.

I just make tons on stuff, lanyards, (alot, I interchange them on my edc every 2-3 days), bracelets watchbands, dog collars, Keychains.

Also, country com doesnt ship to Canada. Ill check out supply captain though, thanks.

Check out the blog sites of stormdrane or cobraknot these guys have links to suppliers and i assume they must use lots of the stuff.

Bensbackwoods.com is where I have been getting mine. Check out his ebay auctions too. I scored a blank fero rod for .99
