551 D2 Griptilian for RAT-5

I have a LNIB BM551 (full size/thumbstuds) Benchmade Griptilian in D2 steel. The knife is plain edge with olive drab handles. I would like to trade for an Ontario RAT-5 plain edge. 1095 is good, D2 is even better!
