IMO, grind trumps steel. All I want from the steel is something reasonably tough and easy to sharpen in a camp setting. 420HC is fine for me.

I would go for a saber-flat grind in 420HC but wouldn't consider a hollow grind in any steel, super or otherwise.

Keep checking on new threads, they're up to the steel, so look for the steel thread. I imagine the handle material will be next....

Current, blade grind. It was pretty neck and neck between sabre/flat and full flat grind last I checked but it looks like there was a swing this weekend.

No special requirements to buy.
Unlike the Forum Knives this is a dealer exclusive/SFO, like the 'Smoke Jumper' and 'Shield' 110 LT's were/are. (We also had a hand in the design of them.)
I'd suggest signing up for SK Blades news letter, so you'll know when it and their other SFO's are available.
