6,000 post GAW - winner is Woodrow F Call

Hey Pops! Congratulations on the up and coming landmark my friend.

This is a great classic to chose from the great array of European traditionals we have.
I know how much this pattern is enjoyed by you, and with this unique colour way really makes it a really great prize.

Not an entry from me, you have blessed me enough, but best o luck to all those trad fans out there.

I have enough Aloxes so not an entry but congrats on the 6k, great GAW and good luck to all!

Wow, Andi. Do you feel like an old man yet? 6000 posts of often sage advice?

Thanks for your generosity. Please count me in.

I like that Alox, count me in! Also, I am in Bavaria too! Nice, rainy Nord Bayerisch wetter.

Hey count me in Andi, can't resist some good Alox. Thanks for your presence here and the great GAW.

Congrats Andi - how did I miss this - forgive me as I havent been able to spend as much time as I would have like here lately..I am not in as you have been so kind to me in the past my friend, but a massive thank you to you for being so generous - I am safe to say that we all love reading your posts, going on your walks with you - as we do with Jack!
Well Done Andi!!

I'm in, thanks for the opportunity! I've been just getting into traditionals in the past few months. I have a SAK story to share if you're interested. This past year my parents were renovating their home which still has a lot of hardware and appliances or the original home, built in the early 1950s! In the process of tearing down a wall and old cabinets we found 1950s 7-up and coke bottles the original workers probably left while building the home! In our garage we were replacing some of the wood studs as some of them had been infested with termites. In replacing one of these wood studs my Dad had found a really dirty and a bit rusty SAK. Didn't look like much initially. I cleaned down the entire knife, removed the surface rust, and sharpened the blades. Upon doing research it was a early 1950s SAK officer and still in very much usable condition. It now runs apart of my edc cycle and gets used fairly frequently.

I'm in, that's a very cool knife. Congrats on the 6000 posts, that's a heck of a solid number.

I'm in. I have wanted a pioneer for a good long time. Here is a picture of a picture of my favorite thing of German making.
