This is the 7" butcher. Makes an awesome meat butcher slicer ,all rounder,for the camp site,kitchen,or wilderness.

3/32" thick stock 1095 carbon,forged,flat grind,hand rubbed finish by me.

Handle is finished out to 600+ grit finish,hafted with 3 ,1/8" ss pins.

Book matched Walnut is stabilized by Wood Dynamics. I put a hand rubbed oil finish on it as well.

OAL is 11.5" with 7" blade,6-3/4" razor sharp cutting edge.
A big knife,alot of knife for the $$.
RH ,dyed & tooled heavy leather sheath by Ray at Wild Boar blades,belt loop is double stitched. Nice secure fit.

52100 carbon is ground thin as a razor
SS bolster is pinched,liners,ss & mill relieved,inlaid oval shield,ss & pinned
Pull is a nice snappy 5 ,medium & smooth
Spring is flush,blade centers closed
Very nice mammoth with a splash of embellishment on the bolster
