Hello everybody!
A super lightweight vest fighter this time! I tried to experiment with different finishes that did not work out as I wanted. Nonetheless, it was a good workout for my skills.
Steel: 8670
Handle: Mild steel guard and walnut handle
Dimensions:
Overall lenght: 26 cm - 10.23''
Blade lenght: 16 cm - 6.29''
Blade widht: 4 cm - 1.57''
Blade thickness: 4 mm - 0.157"
Handle lenght: 12.5 cm - 4.92''
It weighs only 240gr-8.46 oz!
Flat grind with a convex edge. The clip is taken to an almost zero edge (not sharp). The blade was etched and lightly sanded with a pad to make create a satin greyish finish. The guard is satin with a stonewash finish (hard to capture but has tiny stone marks here and there). The handle has an heirloom fit up. The face of the guard has an oil blackened finish. I'm attaching a video since my pictures are awful (make sure to switch to HD). I will attach a picture of the tang as well.
The price is so low because it simply didn't turn out how I wanted, there is nothing wrong with it.
It comes with a brown or black leather sheath and a belt loop. The sheath is not ready yet, you can choose for either left or right side carry.
