For your consideration:
6 5/8" AEB-L chef, cryogenically treated (62rc), maple with dark grey/black pearl resin hybrid handle, red G10 liners and brass Loveless bolts.
Spine is .07 at its thickest. Blade is convex ground. Edge is set at 12 degrees and polished on a 4K waterstone. OAL 11 5/8", weight is 6 oz. Spine and choil are polished for comfort.
