Hello everybody!
I haven't posted this one for grabs for quite some time. The reason behind this is the fact that the handle had a couple of surface cracks and didn't know what to do about it.
By doing some research, I realised that desert ironwood is prone to surface cracks and they can be fixed with CA glue. I've circled both cracks in the pictures and fixed them since then. The price has droped accordingly (from 290$ to 200$) and it goes without saying, if the handle ever fails, I will make you whole (either by refund or rehandling the knife).
Steel: u10a
Handle: stainless steel guard and desert ironwood handle.
Dimensions:
Overall length: 31.5 cm -12.40''
Blade length: 17.7 cm - 6.96''
Blade width: 4.7 cm - 1.85''
Blade thickness: 6 mm - 0.236''
Handle length: 12.5 cm - 4.92''
Flat grind with a convex edge. The clip is sharp. My pictures are quite awful, the video in HD is a better representation.
It comes with a brown leather sheath. The tooling is not perfect, it's been years since the last time I tried doing some.
