Forge textured 6 inch Nakiri in 3/32" 52100 ball bearing steel. 2 inches wide. Handle has some of the prettiest burl maple I have seen. Blade has been triple normalized and double tempered in my digital kiln for fine grain structure. See spec sheet below for full details below.
