These are made from 3/32 01. Stock removal. The first from my kmg. I'dda put these in the gallery, but not having a knifemaker membership yet I can't. I really need to do that.

Nice work Fiddleback  They all look like some nice users ! Did you etch for that look? I like it. :)

Yes. I etched in FeCl. Users is what I like making. Plus, its really all I've got the skills for.....

Those are excellent, man! If you hadn't posted that they were stock removal, I'd have thought for sure they were forged... guess that etch did it's job, eh?

BTW, how do you go about forging on thin stock. This stuff is 3/32. Seemed like a bad idea to hit it with a hammer. (At least for my newbish ass.)

Thanks Guys, I'll be springing for a knifemaker membership ~1st of june.

They're ok, if you like beautiful, functional, and unique work. :D

Congratulations, Knifemaker.

Hey, they not only look sweet, but cut like a razor, too. I have one of Andy's 'old' ones (at least 3 months ago). Wait til he posts the sheaths...

Really excellent work Andy! I have to get a Nessie some day...and the "etch forge" worked really well!
