I have a Santoku for sale that I just finished up. The blade steel is S35vn, handle is stabilized curly maple from British Columbia, and mosaic pins.

Specs:

6" blade
10.75" OAL
.096" thick
S35vn steel, heat treated with sub zero treatment

$200 USD shipped in Canada and the USA. I prefer PayPal or email money transfer.

I got the knife thanks again - had been away for a month with work and just opened the package now and tried it out. Looks perfect on my block and really sharp - thanks again.
