Well, here is the beautiful Schrade Barlow I won in The GAW surrounded by some other Barlows I have. Many thanks Charlie and much appreciated. Will be a treasured member of my collection. Lloyd
 
It felt like a barlow day today.

I was working on putting in a gate on either side of house. We have a dog coming for Christmas, so I need to get it done.

Being the gambler that I am, and probably not smart enough to remember the pigs in a poke from my past, I of course chose the mystery prize!

Charlie contacted me for my shipping info and said he was sending my "pig in a poke" :confused:. This really got my interest up and made my choice all the more fun.

Well.....The pig showed up today, and I am happy to say that it may have been in a "poke" but it sure isn't a pig!

Charlie sent me this fantastic ancient barlow!!!!!!! :eek:

Too bad the Chop saw is not mine! I have very few tools! Luckily my older brother lives down the street from me, and my dad lives a few miles away!

He brought it over so I could cut some posts for my gates I am building.
 
Well Charlie, I am finally getting a chance to take a few photos of this fine old Ulster Barlow. I want to say a sincere Thank You
for your generous GAW. I also want to offer once more my congratulations to the other winners. This is a good solid old Barlow.
The only thing it may need is some Apple Cider Vinegar!:D
