7” Bunka 8670 and Tiffany blue *SOLD*

Hello Everyone, I have one of my 7” Bunka Chef knives available. Made from 8670 high carbon steel hardened to 62rc with a hollow grind. The spine is 3/32” with wire brushed flats and satin bevels. The handle is roughly 4.5” long with Tiffany blue g10 and loveless bolts. This is a great all around kitchen knife, essentially the same in use as a typical santoku but with the sharper k-tip. There’s always room for a new kitchen knife especially when you can clean up a old knife and gift it to a friend or family member after you get yourself a new knife haha.
