Flat grind with a convex edge, the clip is sharp. My pictures are quite awful, the video in HD is a better representation.

It comes as is or with a brown leather sheath. The sheath is not ready yet, you can choose for either left or right side carry.

question about the finish - is it a patina? does it resist rust more than a highly polished finish? also, does the blade come sharpened?

The finish is done via electrolysis, it's a patina however it goes deeper than a mustard patina. Its durability against rust is similar to a mustard patina. Compared to a highly polished, I'm not 100% sure which would be better.

Yes, the blade comes sharpened. Usually I do not sharpen the blades until the sheath is done to avoid cutting myself.
