Hey Sar , great job on those pics for sure ! Maybe a little too good . They brought something to my attention that I'm NOT very happy with on the 711 (as I have one on the way too) . Your blade width measurment clearly shows your Camp Tramp at 1 3/4" wide and the 711 at 1 9/16 wide . If you look on the Scrap Yard site it clearly states the blade width as 1 3/4" and that's one of the reasons I bought the knife . My Busse basic 6 is a little over 1 9/16 wide and I "thought" the 711 would be bigger .

I just took a few pictures with my 7-11's, with a Scrapper-6 and SOD. I'm really liking the 7-11's...they are pointy and sharp!:thumbup::thumbup:

@ Mike-The-Knife... Granted they may not be quite as wide as a Camp Tramp, however they are close. The one in the pic above is 1-5/8", but definitely nice & pointy and only an eighth shorter in blade height. Definitely give yours a chance before going with disappointment. I think you'll still like it, and the price just can't be beat on this knife which begs for a beatin'. It does too... Took it out of the box, tossed the box across the room and immediately threw it at it (it stuck the landing, I'll give it a 9.5 ) then jammed it into the deck rail for this pic. It's laughing at me...
