7-11's are up for sale at the Yard!

I'm not a stinkin' steel junkie like the rest of you.... But I did place a medicinal order just for good measure :D:thumbup:

By the way Bravado, or Bravadoink as you are registered at the Yard, don't be afraid to visit and post over there as well. We appreciate ALL THREE Dogs, Rats, and Hogs!;)

Oh I will when I have a question about Busse knives and INFI steel.:grumpy:

Glad this thread is back up because it reminds me how stoked I am about the 711!:D:thumbup:

Anybody have pics of the 711 beside the B6/B8 ?

Jazub --- You can thank Bravado for bringing back this thread; I think he has more Scrap Yard in him than he likes to confess.;)..............:D:D:thumbup:

Thanks T K, just ordered a 5-11 and a 7-11!
First SYKCO Knives, first Respirene handles, first SR 101 blades....
Lot of new stuff to try here in France!:p

SR-101 is some sweet steel for sure, and all three Bussekin companies put out outstanding knives!!! Congrats on your score; you will have to try some Infi sometime! Just ask Bravado!

Oh, Infi I know, got a BWM, CG NM SFNO, CGBS, CABS, SOW, SAR 6, and sold my BJLE to a friend.
So now I will discover the SR.

Man you guys got menfired up again, I was all calm and waiting nicely..SHIP MY KNIFE! ;) Sorry, back to the garage on another project to kill time till my 711 gets here. I love my 511 this one should be awesome.

Buy Brown ordered a 711 and will make sheaths for you with out you having to send the knife in :)
I am stoked.

Can anyone give me their opinion/experience on the 'saber ultra convex' grind in conjunction with the 1/4th inch blade? Is it too obtuse for efficient slicing and maintaining a good working edge in the field?

hmm, thinking of waiting for an 11:11... what do you guys think are the chances of that happening???
