Looking to move my Stromberg kiritsukes. These were my first nice kitchen knives and I did my best to care for them over the years. They were used, washed immediately, dried immediately, then put away. They never stayed wet or went in the dish washer. Maintained only on strops, so there is tons of life left in them.
7.5”: Black linen micarta handle with black G10 bolsters and red liners and a mosaic pin. A real looker. 14C28N steel, pretty much AEB-L, so it’s stainless and takes a nice edge. I did managed to chip the heel of the blade somehow, but it doesn’t affect cutting. Hand rubbed satin finish, with a small spec that you can’t feel with your finger nail. $120

10”: Brown linen micarta handle with black G10 bolster and white liners. Made in O1 steel, so it has patina’d. Some spotting here and there, but nothing deep. A bit of Flitz would clean it up nicely, but I like that it shows the work it’s done. $120

$200 if you buy both
Knives will ship in padded cases to protect them and the USPS guys. No trades please
