Many months ago I posted a knife in the Custom section that generated some discussion... it was about a 7" Kwaiken with a strange clip. I've had the knife in my shop for months, staring at it, hefting it, appreciating it. There's no doubt it felt right, but the aesthetics were wrong enough for me to be reluctant to sell it. Regardless, a few months ago it got the better of me, and I ground the spine off and made it likely what it was intended to be, a fast fighter.





I think it's finally time for this to find a home where it will be appreciated. Steel is .250" thick 1084. Just a tiny touch of distal taper, with a full flat grind. The blade is just a touch over 7" long, and the handle is 4.75" to the knot. The red rayskin and resin-impregnated wrap conceals a tapered tang. Included is a synthetic-suede-lined kydex sheath with a large Tec-Lok.

I'm not gonna lie, I'm kinda sad to see the clip go... But you're the maker and it's your call. Regardless, its a sweet blade. That handle wrap is fantastic
 
Really nice Mathew. I kind of liked it before, but you can't argue with clean classic lines. :thumbup:
 
What can I say about this one Matt...just awesome. Christmas is expensive otherwise you would be getting some more of my money
