Hey guys, I have two chef knives I made a while ago up for sale today, Enjoy!

That is also the best way to reach me throughout the day if you have any questions.
1) is a Santoku with W2 steel with very dramatic hamon at 62 HRC 7" blade with spine that starts around .125 and has very slight taper throughout. It is an excellent chopper because of the thickness.
it features a buffalo horn ferrule and stabilized spalted tamarind handle
---265$ Shipped
2) is a 8.25 " bladed gyuto that is extremely thin so it excels at slicing. It has w2 steel with hamon at 62 HRC with a zebrawood ferrule and curly maple handle. It also has a rusticated butt end to mimic the style of old rusticated tobacco pipes .
---250$ Shipped
