Recommendation? $700ish, what should I be looking at?

I was looking at the Olamic Whippersnapper for a long time, but given the overwhelming choices they give and their site not letting you see things in real time, combined with posting stuff on Instagram they don't even mention on their site, I just feel overwhelmed.

Not only that but I like bigger knives, like their 247 (which I have) and the PM2. Trying to look beyond the usual CRK and Hinderer and all that, are there any customs that fall in that price range with M390, 3-3.5" blade?

Go look at Knifecenter, they’re an authorized dealer now. Recon1 also has some

If autos are legal in your state, Microtech, take your pick. Not all are autos, so you have options.

Olamic is a bit “diluted” IMO. I also second the Diskin Fire though. Great knife, someone has a couple for sale here, if you’re interested PM me and I’ll point you to who has them.

I looked at Olamic for months before I finally made a purchase, the Swish that came was very well made and I have no complaints at all.
Koenig is nice too, the Arius almost feels to nice to use (it's so well put together) but it's a great example of US made small batch manufacturing.
Looking at some Hoback knives right now.

$700 is a good price point, I'd look at all of the usual online retailers, here and even just an internet search to see what comes up.

You could get about 100 Moras for $700. But I'd go for an inlaid Sebbie and spend the rest on a nice single malt.:D

you may need help!

A few weeks with a therapist, that could be $700.

Two that I like in that range are the Cheburkov Cobra (~$690) and the Jason Clark Zulu Front Flipper ($775).

If you love big knives, I'd look into a Medford Praetorian Genesis T. They are $700 new and can sometimes be found for less on the secondary market.

Another option is something from Jake Hoback, like his signature model the Kwaiback.
