I would go with the mini-Ritter Grip.
When I made the decision to purchase a 707 a few years ago, I compared it to the Grip. The way I see it, the 707 is a more EDC friendly blade. Its very thin, has aluminum handles, and a nice blade shape. The Ritter grip, if you have large hands, will fit them better. I have medium size hands and the 707 handle does not fit well. Plus with the ritter grip you are getting S30v steel, where as the 707 is 154cm!
