As I inspect with a magnifier I cannot make out wajt the blemish is. Doesn't look like rust. If anyone buys it and isn't happy with it I will offer a full refund within three days of receipt.

Like I said, I don't know what it is. Under a loupe it looks like a rub mark or possibly a stain of some sort. Doesn't appear to be rust.
