77OT Small Game Muskrat Research

Welcome ixer! Nice pair of old knives! The 787 was produced after Schrade Walden became Schrade, circa 1973. For a few years the marking on the tang included the "N.Y.", so a guesstimate is that it was nade in the early to mid 1970's. Nice finds!

Codger Rules! He may look like the DEvil on his avatar but I believe he has a "Heart of Gold", Neil young Canadian styles. Welcome ixer!

Don't it though? Hey, I like your Avatar! :D

You really should hang around more you know. You are missed.

Mike,
You ought to like it!
You made it for me!
Neither of us knew at the time how prophetic it would be!
With open-heart surgery & 5 bypasses,a broken back and a broken leg,and 2 torn rotator cuffs in the last 3 years,I'm glad to still be on the green side of the grass.
If you need any specific Schrade stuff.shoot me an e-mail,as I still have a fair amount of it.

Woof! You've really been through it lately Ron! I hope your run of rotten luck is over for a while. And you are able to get some enjoyment out of life.

Beats being dead.
Had spinal fusion surgery- fused 3 discs with Titanium rods and stainless screws. For my knives,I preferred the carbon steel Old Timers, but the surgeon recommended the Uncle Henry parts.
Still can drive and shoot, just don't get around very fast.Walk slowly and carefully, without a cane.Don't climb on ladders or jump rope!

Boy,doing research on 77OT's sure brings back memories of some good times on this forum!
