Hey everyone, I’ve got one of my Cai Dao models available in Nitro-v stainless with vintage emerald micarta handles. 1/16” blade stock and 3” tall heel this will make a great vegetable chopper. The real star though is the emerald paper micarta, this is vintage stock and is extremely rare. The handle is faceted with a hand satin finish to highlight the unique marbling and deep emerald color. This is the last set of this handle material that I have and may not be able to source it in the future. Available for $580 shipped in the US, here is a link to this piece on my website.
