Hello all. These are knifes I purchased over 25 years ago from a coworker who was leaving the industry. There are 2 10" cook knifes, a 10" butcher along with an 8" slicer. In the picture starting at the bottom are two Black Diamond brand by Sysco, a Mundial (all three are 10" knives) and a Gerber Balance Plus 8" slicer.
I dont know if Sysco sells the Black Diamond knives anymore but they are both marked "No Stain Rostfrei Solingen Germany".
As seen in the pictures of the Mundial the handle on both sides have been trimmed down behind the ricasso to allow an easier pinch grip. This was done prior to my purchase.
All edges are in good shape but these knives will need to be sharpened.
