Here is one I finished a while back but recently gave it new life with a feathery patina finish after handrubbed to 600 grit.

It is made from O1 Tool Steel, Heat Treated in my digitally controlled oven, quenched in Parks 50, and tempered three times at 400 to give a tested hardness of 61/62

It is 3/32 at its thickest with a gentle distal taper toward the tip. Full flat grind with the last 1/8" a convex grind down to .007", then hand sharpened to form a hair whittling edge.

This one has pinless Jade Green G11 (similar to G10) held in place with hidden pins and two 416SS dovetail bolsters. All is sealed with West Systems G-Flex epoxy.

OAL: 13.3125"
Blade: 8.25"
Width: 1.875"
Thickness: 3/32"
Edge Thickness at 1/8": .007"
Hardware: 416 Stainless
Handle: Jade Green G11

Shipped Price: $180

Thanks for looking

That's some seriously nice work with the bolsters! And the blade isn't bad either. Love that finish. I bet that thing could cut frog hair 4 ways!
