Good evening all,
I've got a a great mid-sized western chef up for sale today. The blade is Wolfram carbon steel which is very clean Tungsten alloyed Carbon tool steel from Sheffield in the UK. It takes an amazing edge and holds it very well compared to other carbon steels. The handle is beautiful figured Kingwood which is in the rosewood family.

BLADE: 8.0" long, 2.0" heel height. It has been hand finished to 600 grit and then etched in FeCl to darken it. The grind is hybrid full flat/convex which is down to 0.006" before sharpening.
STEEL: 0.10" Wolfram carbon steel heat treated to RC63.
HANDLE: Figured Kingwood with black and white G10 liners and black micarta pins.
Price: $340 Shipped USPS in the CONUS, international buyers welcome, shipping extra.
