Blade length: 8"
height: 44mm
thickness: 2.6 mm

Steel: 22-layer cladding with a white #2 core (Not rustproof!)
HRC: 62-63

Handle: Chacate Preto, Purple heart & Honduran Rosewood

As on all my kitchen knives, the spine and choil are rounded & the grind is convex to near zero before final sharpening.

Sure, here you go. Mine's a Gyuto, I prefer that style. I'm going to be having Jelle make me a paring/utility knife soon, also choosing a Japanese variant. I didn't realize how had it was going to be to get decent pics of this thing, it kind of matches the blue in my countertop.

BTW, if anyone is hesitant because these knives ship from Ireland, don't be! If you don't already own a knife you're not getting this one out of it's plywood box. I've seen bulletproof packing before, but this is BOMBPROOF!
