Hello everyone,
Here is a knife I recently finished.
Blade is 52100 with mustard patina, RC 62
Handle is an oval wa handle with dyed orange curly maple on top of synthetic ferrule
The handle tapers out towards the butt in all directions

Boxed up and waiting for a new home:

So here is the flaw. After glue up the blade was coming out of the block at a slight angle. Nothing worse than a hidden tang with a crooked alignment! I had to grind the whole block carefully at an angle to correct this. Rest assured it is straight but the ferrule area has a slight angle around the black G10 liner. I've attached a picture to illustrate this. Does not affect performance, just my peace of mind.
