You don't need a high dollar camera there are plenty of things you could do for very little money or free to get better pics. Here's a good video to give you some pointers, notice he takes a really good quality photo at the end with his iphone. I hope this helps.

Looks to me like I can't really add any constructive criticism that has not been previously mentioned, so I just wanted to state that I really like the sheath and the shape of the blade. I don't know about some of the others on here, but simple leather sheaths with no inlays are very nice, and I think you did a very nice job with making it.
