This chef knife has an 8″ mosaic Damascus carbon steel blade, forged by a UK smith that I know and trust very well.
The blade has a full-height flat grind with distal taper towards the tip which provides excellent cutting power.
The handle is made from stabilised maple burl with a red G10 spacer adding a flash of colour.
All knives come with a padded presentation case, and a pack of goodies including ID card, stickers, moral patch etc..
