I have a small Sujihiki/Carving knife for sale here today. Just in time for christmas.

Steel: Blue #2 with wrought iron cladding (not rustproof)
HRC: 62-63

Handle: Chacate Preto

OAL: 13" 1/2
Blade length: just over 8"
Height: 38mm
Thickness: 2.2mm with a distal taper

Forged by hand, ground to zero before sharpening & hand sanded to a 1000 grit before etching.
