Hey everyone, I have 1 more Parang ready and up for grabs. This one has toxic green liners.
These are my version of the south east Asian machete. The steel is 80crv2 right at 59rc, I also spring tempered the spines/tangs for extra toughness.
The handles are Gray Tero Tuf with toxic green liners. The scales are attached with epoxy and flared SS tubes. The scabbard is Tek Lok ready kydex with a quick release bunji for extra retention.

Was Just thinking That this shape in a thin-ish stainless (AEBL?) might make a really slick Kitchen knife/cleaver for larger cutting jobs. (Chopping large winter Squash etc.)
