Hello everybody!

Something I have not done in a while! It was a pleasure doing this aggressive recurve. Inspired from the traditional khukris. Due to its thickness, it can serve as either light chopper or heavy duty camping knife.

Steel: 8670
Handle: Dyed oak with carbon fiber pins.

Dimensions:
Overall lenght: 39 cm - 15.35''
Blade lenght: 25 cm - 9.84''
Blade widght: 5.4 cm - 2.12''
Blade thickness: 4 mm - 0.157''
Handle lenght: 13.5 cm - 5.31''

Full flat grind with a satin finish. Very secure in the hand

It comes with a dark brown leather sheath and a belt loop. The sheath is not ready yet, you can choose for either left or right side carry.

Indeed it is!
I was planning on doing a run of a similar size/design with 0.196" stock instead of 0.157" as a more dedicated chopper but ever since I completed this one I can't make a decision.
 
It seems like it's a good to ahead on the thicker blades!
