I have to carry out an order in November 2004 at 888 KNIVES, I did not receive anything malgrès several reclamations, it one is not sociétée serious A my great regret
 
maybe it was a miscommunication? you're talking in french-glish and i can barely make out what you're saying. i've had only good experiences with 888, but i stopped using them since i dont like to pay tax.
 
I have difficulties with the English language, but I think that it is a little comprehensible
 
Maybe that's the problem, you have problems with your english, and you had a misunderstanding. You live in France, and international orders are always more prone to complications. I applaude the dealer for even accepting your order.

Dan is a great guy and runs a superb business. I have got to believe there is a language issue or something that is taking place in France that is mucking up your order!!

Jai received my order this day, excuse me, I did not have more patience, it is long 3 months
 
I looked through our USPS receipts and located where we shipped this package USPS Global Priority on 1/6/05 and was about to email the customer, but when I came back from lunch I had an email saying he received his order. We never mind customers posting difficulties, complaints or whatever here to keep us on our toes, as we do occasionally make mistakes (by we of course I mean Danny as I thought I was mistaken once but I was wrong).
