[Diamond Cut II]

I pre-ordered the Boss Cheetah last September and it still hasn't arrived yet. I sent the money(check) in with the order form. I emailed them a few days ago but haven't gotten anything back . Are they waiting to send the Gen 2 models since I paid full price?

Last September?!!! Yikes, are you patient! That was like...8 months ago! They're good folks so yeah, give 'em a call. I'll bet this snafu could've been untangled about...7.5 months ago with little (very little) trouble/grief (888-564-8377) Laters, Greg

Because of the big mess around the many delays on the release of these knives, we sent emails to all persons who pre-ordered these knives to verify all info related ie, credit card numbers, phone numbers, email addresses, and of course shipping address. Anyone who didn't respond to the email did not get a shipment. There were some few orders sent in by USPS that we might could have shipped but we didn't want to assume anything since these are not the actual knife ordered. We do have a toll free number to make it easy for our customers to get their questions answered.

Diamond Cut II you should make use of that number as we don't have enough info to locate your order.

Thanks, all. I assumed since I sent in a check, the order would take longer as it has to be cleared first. But what I really wanted to know was if they were waiting for the Gen 2 models since I paid full price for the knife with a check. I'm sorry for posting this before I called it in. I should've known better . But I'll give it a shot . Thanks again.
