Just recieved my new Delica from them yesterday. I put my order in late one night and recieved an e-mail that my order had been recieved a few min. later. The next morning I recieved an e-mail letting me know the knife had already be shipped and was given a UPS tracking number. It was pretty painless doing business with these guys. I'd recommend them to anybody looking to order a knife. This is the first time I've been supplied with a tracking number for an on-line order, it was nice to know when the knife was going to arrive. I'll be buying from them again.

Thanks for the kind words. We've found that taking the few extra click to send a email with the tracking number actually lets us spend lots less time answering "when will my order arrive" emails.
