Check around for the 897UH's as well. They are still out there to be found and the merchants will gladly sell them. There are still a lot of the USA made on ebay for sale.

I took a look at that Case 6318, it sure does have the right feel. The hardware store had them in stainless or CV. Decisions, decisions....
 
Just a quick thanks to everyone. Bought the stainless 6318 for $35, I'm thinking it will be hot during the summer and besides, the 897 was stainless. Only downside on the particular one I bought was the sheepsfoot blade needed to be adjusted on the kick as the tip of the blade was pretty high above the handle. I guess people like them like that (makes them easier to open maybe). I like the sheepsfoot low (like on the 897), so it doesn't get in the way when I use the main blade as much. Now I'm a happy camper. Thanks again guys for making it a real quick search!
