I am selling a used and sharpened 9-inch, right handed Sikayo chef’s knife in S35VN from 2017. I just sharpened it on a Wicked Edge sharpener to 26 degrees, remember it’s chisel ground, and the tip is blunted by approximately 1mm which I decided not to sharpen out. There were a small number of small rust spots on the flat side that I mostly removed although some very small black spots remain but do not appear to be pitting. I have not taken apart the handle so whatever material was used to seal it is still in place. The knife still has the original box and papers including the birth certificate. I am asking $250.00 to anyone located in the US.
