This is a petty knife, great for those in between tasks in the kitchen(personally this would be my potato knife when I make deep fried potatoes) This knife has a asymmetric handle designed for right handers(sorry southpaws)..you may ask why? just because I like it.
Here are some dimensions(if you would like more just ask and I'll get them up)
Length: 9 1/2"
Width: 1 1/4"
Spine: .070" thick(close to 1/16" if you like fractions)
Edge thickness 1/4" behind the edge: .019"(Translated: thin)
Handle: Laminated walnut with red G10 liners and Loveless bolts( I feel loveless bolts are the strongest most durable so thats what I use)
Finish: it has a 400 grit satin finish(easily touched up with a scotch brite pad(
Steel: AEB-L( VERY stainless holds a very fine edge)
Hardness: 61HRC (heat treated by Peters Heat Treat)
Price: $185 SOLD! Thanks Rumbo! Shipped to your door CONUS
First to post "I'll take it!" gets it. You can send me a PM with your email or you can email me directly and I will send you a Paypal invoice. My Email: RohdeEdge@gmail.com
