This is a petty knife, great for those in between tasks in the kitchen(personally this would be my potato knife when I make deep fried potatoes) This knife has a asymmetric handle designed for right handers(sorry southpaws)..you may ask why? just because I like it.
Here are some dimensions(if you would like more just ask and I'll get them up)
Length: 9 1/2"
Width: 1 1/4"
Spine: .070" thick(close to 1/16" if you like fractions)
Edge thickness 1/4" behind the edge: .019"(Translated: thin)
Handle: Laminated walnut with red G10 liners and Loveless bolts( I feel loveless bolts are the strongest most durable so thats what I use)
Finish: it has a 400 grit satin finish(easily touched up with a scotch brite pad(
Steel: AEB-L( VERY stainless holds a very fine edge)
Hardness: 61HRC (heat treated by Peters Heat Treat)

Price: $185 SOLD! Thanks Rumbo! Shipped to your door CONUS

Thanks for your interest!

EDIT: I can't send a PM so here's what I had written:

You asked if I would ship to australia and so I went and looked up what that might involve and I decided that if you still want the knife it would be fine for me to ship and sell it to you as long as you can pay with paypal and you pay the extra shipping charge.

With shipping it you have two shipping options: First-Class Package International Service(an extra $15 USD) This service doesn't have any package tracking with it and it doesn't give an arrival date(I would guess about 15 business days but that is a complete guess) -OR- you could choose Priority Mail International(an extra $35 USD for shipping) that would have tracking and would get there in 6-10 business days(alittle bit safer).

Also do you have an address I could use to calculate shipping?
Thank you for your interest!-if you decide that you don't want the knife that fine to
