Hello BF's members. Today I have a nice 3 Pc. set for your kitchen,semi custom,by yours truly. Also possibly listing more new knives today,so keep a look out. And , finally , check my site for many fine knives & some slashed prices,too. Thank You,-Vince
This 3 knife set I just completed is made with factory blades. I then put handles on & finish out.
The parer & boning is Dexter Russell ss,marked IRT. The Santoku is 440C ss
Pins are nickel & peened
Bookmatched dark figured ironwood . This ironwood is from the Baja region of Mexico and is cut from the same chunk.

Parer OAL 6-7/8" ,3" cutting edge , 1/16" thick stock
Boning OAL 11-1/4" , 5-3/4" cutting edge , 3/32" thick
Santoku OAL 10-7/8" ,6" of cutting edge , 3/32" thick stock
These will hold a great edge,cut well, and the sharpness is easily maintained. This is a versatile set of 3,can do most kitchen tasks & would make a nice addition to your kitchen & knife line up. This set would also make a nice gift .
