9.5” Chef 8670 carbon steel with White micarta SOLD

Hello Everyone, I’ve got one of my 9.5” chef models available today. This one is made with 8670 high carbon steel with a white linen micarta handle. 3/32” thick at the spine with a 9.5” blade and 4.75” handle, the blade has a tall hollow grind giving a really thin geometry. This will make a great tool in the kitchen especially for larger amount of food prep. SOLD. Thank you for looking and have a great holiday!
