Knife : 9" Holiday Slicer
Blade: 9" Hollow ground CPMS 35 VN from Aldo Hardened and Tempered by PHT to 60Rc. Belt finish, built to be a Holiday slicer/Carving knife for
Ham, Turkey,etc. Distal taper blade measures .103 at Ricasso and .020 at tip. Widest point measures just under a inch at .890.
Handle: Contoured 4 1/2" of beautiful Amboyna Burl from Burl Source. Attached with 24hr marine epoxy and 2 stainless pins.
