just finished this one up, i decided to do a few things a little different. I left the slag on the blade after heat treatment, it gives in a little bit of an Apocalypse look to it. there is a very comfortable choil for your thumb to do fine detail work with the blade.
The knife is made with O1 high carbon tool steel, hardened to 59-60RC.
The knife scales are 3/8th black linen micarta that is contoured so it fits very comfortably in your hands. and i finished it off with aluminium pins.
Comes with a nice kydex sheath with aluminium chicago screws so you can take it apart and clean it if the need arises.
OAL is 9 inchs and the blade measures 4.75 inches, it has a high flat grind.
thickness is a hearty 3/16th
