$90-$150 folding knife that's not a Spyderco

For about that $140/150 range you can get a zt 801 on the exchange that or a bm 940 would be choices

ZT 0770. You might even be able to get the 0770CF version if you can find a place that will sell you one under MAP (They were going for <$150 before MAP enforcement).
ZT 0801. Pushing slightly over your budget new, but well worth it - this knife is a huge value.
BM 940/943.
BM 551/553.
SOG (yes, SOG) Vulcan Mini.

I'd also say the M390 Ritter Grip. You won't get a better steel choice in this price range outside of Spyderco.

Also, perhaps try out the Buck 830 Marksman, or for a few bucks over your budget, a Hogue EX-04.

Dustin, I can't recommend the 0566 enough. Solid build, nice heft, perfect blade length and handle width for EDC. Practically disappears in the pocket with the deep carry clip, and it's quad carry.

Thank You for the reply! I for sure will be getting on in the near future.

For what it's worth, an Emerson Mini A-100 can be found brand new within your price range (I found one for right around $100 IIRC) but not necessarily from a BFC sponsoring dealer.

A lot depends on what you want the knife to do. I mean, if it's just for collecting purposes, flipping while watching TV or light EDC use, that can be a far cry from the demands of a hard use folder. For even a little less than the low end of your budget, the Kershaw Camber is a damned nice knife with S30V. Near the same price point, you could grab a Buck/TOPS CSAR-T in 154CM that is truly built like a tank, but of course couldn't be much more different from the Camber. And as someone else mentioned, there is the SOG Vulcan, which I love the look and feel of but have yet to find a real role for in my daily knife usage.

Plus one +1 0770cf my favorite EDC, Tank-like build of a ZT but light at the same time. a great slicer that comes razor sharp.

Hmm, Spyderco is pretty much the only company that I feel good about supporting in that price range after what I have witnessed over the years as a follower of knife politics. It's a shame they don't appeal to you.
