9000th Post Contest!

and for my next entry i couldn't find any great shots and i needed to test some kit anywho so. i was testing my exotac nano and it did well but the rod snapped where the threads are so that was disappointing but it got the fire going. i used my jk phoenix to prep the wood and some birch bark. it has such great handle e and i love the bowie style blade with a sick scandi on it. great knife period. one of my favorites.

here it is after making some wood shavings, my new rescue wanted the stick to eat (he had a broken leg and they were going to put him down so i rehabbed him up and he is doing great)

I used this knife last year to proccess two bucks during WV's rifle season. I ended up selling it this summer to fund some other purchases, and I miss it already! I know the quality of the picture is suspect, it was taken with my phone and the light was fading. If you look close you can see a redish tint on the that beautiful maple handle and just to the right of (and behind) the knife handle you can see the deer I just cleaned.

Here's a better picture of the JK AK

Camp & Trail - all dirty from use in the yard. The picture isn't very good, as I was rushing to get pics for the review. I'll try to get some better shots for you.

KA-BAR heavy bowie. I won this in a contest. Will be posting a review very soon. Again, the picture isn't very good, as I was rushing to get pictures taken today.

i agree sir and ty. the down side is his broken leg has cost me almost 500 dollars unfortunately and I don't have a lot of money, his vet bills were suppose to be paid for but they backed out of that deal also. either way he is a great little man (extremely full of energy lol) and he loves my daughter. he follows here everywhere she goes. if she is in the living room playing dolls he is in there watching her or trying to eat her barbies lol. again ty.
